1. According to the law of 8 DEC 1992 protecting the privacy, the Belgian CAA informs all holders of a flight crew licence that it processes personal data related to them, in order to issue and renew licenses and ratings.
2. The licence holders have legal access to the processed data and can request the rectification of errors if necessary. A written request may be sent to:
