Work in progress for the renewal of ILS08: construction site LOC08.
Works will be performed in this area from 07 APR 2025 until 30 APR 2025.
ILS08 will be renewed. Construction works will take place in the area LOC08: new shelter, new localizer antenna, new monitoring antenna, new cables between shelter and antennas.
This construction site is situated in the RESA of RWY08. To still provide a RESA of 240 M during construction works, the runway has to be shortened by 160 M.
The length of the runway will be shortened by 160 M so that the construction site will be located outside the new temporary RESA of RWY08.
Consequently, some declared distances will be adjusted:

Aircraft for take-off on RWY26 will have to line up abeam L1.
