Luxembourgish air operators and owners of aircraft registered in the G.D. of Luxembourg shall not enter Kyiv UIR (UKBU), Lviv FIR (UKLV), Kyiv FIR (UKBV), Dnipropetrovsk FIR (UKDV), Simferopol FIR (UKFV), Odesa FIR (UKOV), Rostov-Na-Donu FIR (URRV).

Said operators and aircraft owners shall also avoid flight operations within the buffer zone extending out to 200 NM surrounding the border with Ukraine and FIR Moscow (UUWV).

Additional risk assessment and flight planning decisions shall be taken before operating in the following airspace: Moscow (UUWV).
